Charity of the Year Announced
We are delighted to announce that this year’s chosen charity is also the Mayor’s nominated charity, Kangaroos.
Established in 1994, Kangaroos supports children, teenagers and adults with severe learning disabilities, including those with autism, mobility challenges, epilepsy and complex medical needs.
Alongside family and sibling support programmes, they provide short breaks, activity clubs, after-school sessions and residential trips designed to build confidence, independence and above all, fun.
